Sofia Crocco is a longtime SVDSN volunteer, parent advocate, and mom to a daughter with Down syndrome. With a background in psychology and education, she brings personal and practical experience navigating IEPs, inclusion and disability rights. She's passionate about building a more inclusive world where all individuals can thrive.

Phoebe Song

Phoebe Song is the Founder and President of Inspired to Learn, a non-profit that provides free online tutoring to individuals with Down syndrome. With Phoebe's leadership, Inspired to Learn now serves individuals across 3 continents. Additionally, Phoebe founded and runs Art to Heart that provides monthly ceramic classes to teens and adults in the Silicon Valley community. Phoebe Song is sophomore at Los Altos High School. When she is not tutoring, she is advocating for those with disabilities.
